BREAKING NEWS: $3.5 Million Regional Development Australia Grant For The Yarra Valley RailwayIn June 2013 the Railway received a $3.5m Regional Development Australia (RDA) Funding Grant. This grant will play a highly significant role in reinstating the line between Healesville and Yarra Glen. The primary focus of this grant will be to assist in rebuilding the line between the current running section and Yarra Glen.We would like to thank the Federal Government and RDA for granting our funding application, as well as the Victorian State Government and the Yarra Ranges Council for all of their support. A special thank you goes to the Mayor Jim Child, YRC Councillors and Officers for their support and assistance throughout this process.
