GROUPS

Start the day at the Healesville Railway Station. Then travel along the track
to see the sights and hear the sounds of the valley. The trains travels
through the bush over and under bridges, through tall cuttings to the
hundred and fifty metre long tunnel built in 1888/1889 and on to the valley views. You will see an eagle’s nest and may see kangaroos grazing on the hillside. The ride returns to Healesville Station. Rides can be organised at
a time to suit your group.
A talk about the history of the line and the volunteers’ aims can be arranged.
